• Amputation Injuries Saftey Shorts Makeup Effects (gore) Created A gelatin hand to get s [the thumb sawed off, Prosthetic to show the thumb missing, Prosthetics to show a finger the had the skin removed by a lathe, and prosthetics to show the consequences of mowing the yard barefooted.

• Wheel Barrow Safety.  Safety Shorts makeup Fx, props, costumes. Created a Comic Neanderthal prosthetic make-up with dentures and hair goods, lots of “Flintstone” type props including a wheelbarrow, rocks boulders, and animals skin costumes.

• Lab Safety I: Safety Shorts Makeup Effects. Lab Safety One. Created the entire set. To duplicate Dr. Frankensteins’ Lab form the Old universal movies. The walls were sculpted form sheet Styrofoam; all the Electrical machines were fabricated from bits of cardboard and plastic and lights. A prosthetic make-up of Bela Lugosi as Ygor was also created and a comic Frankenstein monster.

• Hell House:  Chadbourn North Carolina Baptist Church. Design, sculpt and create “Devil and Satan” prosthetics for this church’s annual fall haunted house.

• Netherworld: Ben Armstrong Artistic Director. Supply Prosthetics, Prosthetic Masks, Custom fit stock dentures, and props to this superior professional Haunted Attraction on a seasonal basis.

1997

• Vampyre House: Designed, fabricated, produced and directed this unique production that celebrated literary vampire characters and the 100th anniversary of the publication of “Dracula”. Characters included: Graf Orlock, Carmilla, Countess Elizabeth Bathory, The Croglin Grange Vampire, Count Dracula and his brides, Lucy Westenra, Professor Van Helsing, and R. N. Renfield. Make-up included everything from heavy paint to foam latex prosthetics, ventilated wigs, Fang caps, fang bridges, Animatronic animated wolf, elaborate sets recreating graveyards and ship wrecks, interiors of castles and catacombs, etc. A High class haunted house that was featured on the local NBC affiliate’s news program.

1996

• Chateau Du Macabre: Texas Renaissance Festival. Supplied animatronics and prosthetics for various tortures and monsters of Vlad Dracula’s torture Chamber.

• Haunted House II- The House of Dark Shadows: Theatre Guild UHCL. / Bay Area Hilton Hotel. Supplied prosthetics, corpses, heads and other items made to resemble those of the great horror soap opera of the 1960’s “Dark Shadows”.

• Haunted House I: Theatre Guild UHCL. Supplied various masks, prosthetics, props and costumes of monsters, ghouls and other scary creatures.
• The Dorm That Dripped Blood: Haunted house attraction for fraternal organization at Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, TX. Created various and sundry severed body parts and supplied stage blood and props.

• Six Flags (Astroworld/Houston) Fright Nights: supplied masks for they’re various characters.

• Creepy Features by Facades FX- professional Hollywood quality foam latex prosthetics & accessories. New for 2011, a line of foam latex prosthetics designed for the zombie fan, walker, haunter and indie film maker.

• Dr. Phil and Monsterella's REEL F/X- Hollywood Quality Latex Appliances. The Pro F/X line retooled and distributed via Rubies Costume Co., the world's largest distributor. The line has been very successful and has celebrated its tenth year on the worldwide market.

2002-Present

• Dr. Phil's Demented Dentistry- SFX teeth & dental appliances. A short lived novelty teeth line distributed by Funworld. These were excess designs from the old Teeth F/X line that were sold to Funworld. Now available at www.creepyfeatures.com

• Dr. Phil and Monsterella’s CREEPY FEATURES Series I- created a line of slip latex special effects masks for theatre and haunted house use.

• Pro F/X-professional Make-up Effect Prosthetics. Designed and developed a signature line of character kits, small appliances such as wounds, ears, noses, etc to be marketed to costume and make-up suppliers and retailers nationwide.
